1. Product Overview
IS200TDBTH6ABC (TDBT) is a simplex discrete I/O termination board exclusively for GE Mark VI turbine control and EX2100 generator excitation systems. It acts as the signal interface between field mechanical contact devices and the core DSPX main processor board (IS200DSPXH1DBD). It integrates 24 optically isolated digital input channels for collecting valve limit switches, breaker status, pressure/temperature trip contacts, and 12 independent Form-C relay dry contact outputs for driving on-site actuators and alarm equipment. All signal circuits adopt surge suppression and EMI filtering to eliminate industrial high-frequency interference from excitation SCR cabinets and variable frequency drives. Front panel terminals concentrate all field wiring to simplify cabinet maintenance; rear VME gold-plated connectors exchange real-time discrete data with the rack backplane ISBus. Three front-panel LEDs display operation, communication and hardware fault status, with timestamped fault alarms uploaded to operator stations. Conformal coated PCB supports wide temperature, high vibration turbine cabinet environments, hot-swap design allows online replacement without system shutdown. GE discontinued original new production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available aftermarket.
